Registration regulation

Registration Entitlements

  • Entry to the venue, and/or access the online virtual venue
  • The in person attendees will have the material of the congress, lunches, and coffee breaks.
  • Invitation to the Opening Ceremony in the morning and lunch interactive froum of July 11, 2026.

Payment Methods

Payment of registration fees (in NTD: new Taiwan Dollar; in USD) can be made as follows:

  1. By Credit Card (on-line payment of ECPay)
  2. By Bank Wire Transfer: Please provide the Bank Transfer Receipt upon completion and send to tscn01@gmail.com to complete the registration process.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received by formal notification by fax or email.

  1. Cancellations received up and including June 30, 2026, Full refund.
  2. Cancellations received between July 1, 2026, and July 6, 2025: 50% refund.
  3. Cancellations received after July 6, 2026: no refund will be made
