Dear colleagues,

On behalf of the Asia-Oceania Chapter of the International Federation of Clinical Neurophysiology (AOC-IFCN) and Taiwan Society of Clinical Neurophysiology (TSCN), we sincerely invite you to a wonderful conference and extend our warm welcome.

We are committed to enhancing cooperation within our region (the Asia-Oceania area) in the field of clinical neurophysiology. From an educational perspective, my goal is to deepen fundamental knowledge and expand practical techniques. In terms of research, I aim to establish a platform that advances cutting-edge approaches in neurological science and fosters opportunities for collaborative studies.

We will initiate a series of hybrid conferences starting in July 2026, with hands-on teaching sessions covering diverse topics for clinical practice and fostering research. Individual member societies of AOC-IFCN will alternatively organize these hands-on training courses at intervals of 3-4 months. The label of these 10-12 sessions is “hands-on Learning series” with the main theme “Empowering the Future by Enriching the Know-How of Advanced Clinical Practice.” Every member society of AOC-IFCN will be fully engaged in bringing the latest developments in techniques and in updating the traditional skills of clinical neurophysiology.

These hands-on learning series will be organized into a “hybrid” style conference, having physical and virtual attendance, more specifically, the overseas participants virtually join the conference through online access, whereas the local attendees physically in the real venue.

The Taiwan Society of Clinical Neurophysiology (TSCN) will be the first member society to inaugurate these activities on 11 July 2026, entitled " Turn Image & Signal into Clinical Intelligence: From Prodromal Markers to Parkinson’s Disease Cognition". This conference is a one-day program with three topics. Each topic has two parts: part I is a lecture explaining the practical concept, and part II is a hands-on session demonstrating how to apply the content you just heard.
